
Previous forum events
Launched to years ago, the Monetary Policy Forum was set up to to enhance scrutiny of monetary policy decisions. As Britain slid deeper into recession, the very first Monetary Policy Forum called for the Bank of England to move towards creating money to buy assets as the most effective means of battling recession.
The forum has now been running for almost two years, and in that time it has been established as a 'must-attend event on the economic calendar'.
