A recent project
Using a combination of Land Registry data, and information obtained from estate agents particulars, Fathom produced an algorithm for a client, Property Price Advice, that allows one to estimate the value of a property as a function of its postcode, and its characteristics, such as the number of bedrooms, the number of parking spaces, the size of any garden, and so on.
