Fathom Financial Consulting Ltd. is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance in all of its activities. It is not a 'regulated entity' but has developed a number of 'best practice' protocols under the broad headings of Research Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The protocols cover a wide range of legal, regulatory and ethical requirements.

All staff receive appropriate and on-going training in these protocols and are expected to operate within the letter and the spirit of them. The protocols form part of each employee's employment contract and any breach of them may be considered a disciplinary matter. FFC actively encourages 'whistleblowing' to allow staff to raise concerns without fear of reprisal in any form.
