Head of Client Solutions
Joanne joined Fathom Consulting in 2026 as Head of Client Solutions for the financial services sector, working closely with Fathom’s team of economists to align product strategy, research and analysis with the needs of our clients.
Before joining Fathom, Joanne spent eleven years at the hedge fund Aspect Capital, specialising in explaining complex quantitative investment strategies to global, institutional investors. She helped shape product strategy by defining portfolio positioning, analysing the market landscape and publishing thought leadership connecting macro trends to investment solutions. Prior to Aspect Capital, Joanne worked at UBS within the risk management function. She holds a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.
